1. All noise must be kept to a minimum throughout the complex pursuant to the Association’s CC&Rs. The quiet time for everyone at Evergreen is between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time if it becomes an annoyance to your neighbors.
2. Owners, tenants and occupants shall avoid making or permitting to be made loud, disturbing or objectionable noises and avoid using, playing or permitting to be used or played musical instruments, radios, phonographs, televisions, amplifiers and any other instruments or devices in such manner as may unreasonably disturb Owners, tenants or occupants of other units. Persons in other units should not be able to hear sounds emanating from your dwelling or patio.
3. Homeowners are urged to exercise restraint in creating noise while performing tasks which are or can be noisy before 8:00 AM or after 7:00 PM.
4. Barking dogs shall be controlled by the animal’s Owner. Complaints received by the Board of Directors regarding a barking dog could result in removal of the dog at the dwelling Owner’s expense.
