1. Exterior modifications or additions are prohibited, except as authorized by the Board of Directors. This includes the dwelling exterior, patios, landscape planter areas, walls, etc. Written architectural approval must be secured when exterior changes are desired. A sketch, plan, or similar instrument with proposed changes must be submitted for Board review.
2. Privacy screens or sun shades for patios must be maintained in good and aesthetically pleasing condition.
