1. One (1) “For Sale” or one (1) “For Rent” sign may be placed in a front window of the dwelling or on an alley fence or wall. The maximum dimensions shall be no greater than 24″ x 36″. Free-standing signs are not allowed and will be removed, except as provided below.
2. Free-standing “Open House” signs are acceptable provided they are not displayed prior to the actual Open House period and are removed promptly thereafter.
3. All other signage is subject to approval by the Architectural Committee.
