- Dogs must be kept on a leash hand held by a person capable of controlling the animal or confined within the Owner or occupant’s dwelling or enclosed yard.
- If any pets become a general nuisance, restrictive action will be taken. All animals shall be the exclusive responsibility of the dwelling Owner. When walking your dog, it is essential that you carry proper disposables and clean up the feces. The pet Owner is responsible for clean up of animals’ waste products immediately. Damage to shrubbery, etc., by animals will be at the expense of the dwelling Owner.
- Pet odors, feces, and flies must never become an annoyance to your neighbors or a health hazard.
- Pet owners are responsible for insuring that their animals do not annoy their neighbors. Any dogs barking late at night, or barking incessantly at any time constitutes a nuisance.
- A limit of not more than two dogs per household is to be enforced. Animals on-site prior to January 1, 2004 are exempted from this restriction. A litter of puppies may be kept for not more than twelve (12) weeks.
- No exotic pets including but not limited to poisonous snakes, boa constrictors, iguanas, alligators, monkeys, and tiger cubs.
- The Board reserves the right to remove any animal that exhibits overly aggressive, threatening or menacing behavior at any time.
