1. Every residence is connected to a community septic system. Only toilet paper may be flushed in toilets. Baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, adult wipes, and any other items will clog the system and flood your house. Be warned.
2. Homeowners are totally responsible for the plumbing inside their dwelling and also responsible for maintaining the plumbing drains serving their dwelling, per California Civil Code.
3. Homeowners experiencing plumbing problems should call the plumber of their choice directly. Homeowners will be required to pay for the service. If multiple units are experiencing drain problems the association will pay for main line maintenance only.
4. Association water is for irrigation of common area landscaping only.
