- WARNING: NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY. ALL PERSONS USING THE POOL DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK
- The Pool area is part of the Common Area and is for the enjoyment of all Owners, residents and their guests.
- 3. Pool hours are from dawn to dusk.
- Two (2) guests per household are permitted. Guest(s) must be accompanied by an owner/resident 18 years of age or older.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Persons must be 18 years of age or older to assume responsibility for those whom they are supervising. The supervision of children shall be strictly observed. Children shall be continuously monitored while in, around or near the pool.
- Children not potty trained must wear a swim diaper designed for underwater use.
- Pool noise must be kept to a minimum. Excessive noise such as yelling, screaming, loud radios and etc. is not permitted. Conduct in pool areas must be orderly. Games, running, noisy behavior and unnecessary splashing are not permitted. You could be asked to leave the pool area and/or the police may be called. Aquatic games must stop if other swimmers are in the pool.
- Glass containers or glass objects of any kind are NOT permitted in the pool area. Beverages may be consumed in the pool area from plastic, metal or unbreakable containers only.
- No alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the pool area.
- Smoking is not allowed in the pool area.
- Proper swimming attire is required in the pool area. Cut-offs or other street clothes are prohibited. Nude bathing is prohibited.
- No use of lotions or oils is permitted in the pool.
- Any persons having any apparent skin disease, sore, or inflamed eyes, cough, cold, nasal or ear discharge, or any communicable disease shall not use the pool.
- Only floating rafts, the size of one adult or smaller, are allowed in the pool area.
- Animals are not allowed in the pool area.
- Skateboard or bicycle riding is not allowed in the pool area at any time.
- Diving or running on deck is strictly prohibited.
- All trash must be cleared away by residents and guests prior to leaving the pool area.
- Safety equipment provided in the pool area must remain in the area at all times. Safety equipment may not be used for any reason unless it is for safety purposes. Anyone observed playing with the life ring or other safety items is subject to a fine.
- Association’s Insurance policy and County Health Department regulations require that the gate to the pool area must be locked at all times. Vandalism causing unsafe conditions in the pool area, such as tampering with the pool gate or lock will result in closure of the pool for an unspecified time. To avoid closure of the pool, residents are encouraged to help monitor and enforce the pool rules.
- Owners may obtain one key to the pool gate at no charge from the Pool Committee Chairperson. Second and subsequent keys are available for a $50.00 fee. Keys are numbered and imprinted “Do Not Duplicate.” Owners must provide a signature, in person or by facsimile transmittal (FAX), before any key may be released.
