- Common areas include the parking areas, pool area, walkways, driveways, lawns and landscaping. In addition, walkway and alley easements shall be treated as common areas in the application of rules and regulations.
- LOITERING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES.
- Any common sidewalks, driveways, or passageways shall not be obstructed or used by any Owner for any purpose other than entrance to and exit from the units.
- Any damage to buildings, recreational area or equipment, or any other common area property caused by an Owner, his family or guests, or employee contractors shall be at the expense of the applicable Owner.
- Children eight (8) years of age and younger are not to be left unattended in the common areas and must be accompanied by an adult. Parents and guardians shall be held responsible for the actions of their children and guests at all times.
- 6. After dark, no unsupervised children under the age of 16 are allowed in the common areas.
- Obstruction of walkways and driveways by any object and/or motorized vehicle is prohibited.
- Operation of motor vehicles on Association common drives and parking lots is restricted to only those licensed motor vehicles which may be legally operated on public streets.
