- Household trash is picked up each Monday by CR&R. Items that have not been placed inside the trash container will not be picked up or removed by the trash company. Remaining trash and debris will be removed by the association and costs incurred will be billed to the homeowner. Trash containers must be placed on the alleyway for pickup not sooner than 6:00 p.m. Sunday evening. Trash containers must be retrieved from the alleyway and stored within the carport, back yard, or an approved enclosure not later than 6:00 a.m. Tuesday morning. Homeowners and tenants are encouraged to pick up papers and debris from the complex when observed and to keep the area around their dwelling clean at all times.
- The dumpster located at the north end of the alley is for the exclusive use of the EPOA gardener. No trash or similar refuse is permitted.
- The homeowner/occupant contributing items to a charitable organization must make prior arrangements with them to remove the household items placed on the carport apron within four days. Items must be tagged accordingly.
- Current owner/tenant or a resident vacating a dwelling that has an accumulation of trash or household items must make arrangements to have the same hauled away as noted above. Large items of any kind or trash must not remain on the carport apron for more than two days, otherwise, it will be hauled away and the homeowner will be held responsible for the costs of removal.
